This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are granted for services provided by EliteNRISClub, a matchmaking company based in Wyoming, USA, and operating globally. By using our services, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

General Refund Policy :

Due to the personalized nature of matchmaking services, refunds are typically not provided. We invest significant time, resources, and expertise into curating matches and facilitating introductions. However, exceptions may apply as outlined below.

Refund Eligibility :

Refund requests are subject to the following conditions:

    • Duplicate Payment: If a customer is charged more than once for the same service, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
    • Before Service Commencement: If you cancel the service within 48 hours of purchase and before any matchmaking activity begins, you are eligible for a partial refund (processing fee will apply).
    • After Service Commencement: Once matchmaking activities (such as profile creation, consultations, or match recommendations) have started, no refunds will be granted.
    • Identification documents (e.g., government-issued ID) for verification purposes.

Non-Refundable Situations :

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

    • Dissatisfaction with matches or introductions provided.
    • Failure to respond to or participate in scheduled consultations or meetings.
    • Termination of services due to breach of the Terms of Service or inappropriate behavior.
    • Services rendered to completion as per the service agreement.

Refund Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please follow these steps:

1.1 Submit a Request:

Email at help@elitenrishadi.com with your full name, account (ID) details, and the reason for your refund request.

1.2 Review Period:

Refund requests will be reviewed within 14 business days of receipt.

1.3Decision and Processing:

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method.

1.4 Currency and Exchange Rates:

Refunds will be issued in the original payment currency. Any exchange rate differences or fees are not the responsibility of EliteNRISClub.
